Requirements:
1) Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and freight operations in the UAE
2) Good knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures and documentation
3) Experience in handling Dubai Municipality approvals
4) Hands-on experience with DP World / Jebel Ali Port operations
5) Familiar with import/export documentation and clearance procedures
6) Ability to coordinate with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and authorities
7) Good communication and organizational skills
8) UAE driving license will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
1) Coordinate daily logistics and shipment activities
2) Handle customs clearance and related documentation
3) Process approvals from Dubai Municipality and other authorities
4) Coordinate port operations and container movements through DP World
5) Maintain shipment records and ensure timely delivery
6) Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding shipment status
7) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage teams
