We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ)
Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
Review quotations, invoices, and subcontractor payments
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
Support tender preparation and documentation processes
