Maintenance & Safety Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Major Tasks:
• Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production stoppage.
• Lead all maintenance and factory safety activities.
• Control maintenance cost and improve machine efficiency.
• Supervise boiler operations, steam systems, utilities, and maintenance teams.
Required Experience:
• Strong experience in EPS machines, boilers, compressors, chillers, and industrial utilities.
• Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and thermal systems.
• Experience in HSE systems, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and safety audits.
• Experience in EPS, plastics, packaging, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred
