Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements
Create functional specifications and workflows
Translate requirements for development and testing
Participate in stakeholder and design discussions
Develop and execute test cases and plans
Perform system, functional, regression, and UAT testing
Identify and report defects and requirement gaps
Collaborate with teams to resolve issues
Validate features against requirements
Support change requests and testing cycles
Prepare user documentation and training materials
