Retail Sales Associate
Job Location : Fujairah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and product display.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Promote new products, offers, and brand campaigns to customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and retail standards at all times.
Candidate Requirements :
• 2–3 years of proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic‑speaking candidates are preferred.
• Positive attitude with a proactive and sales‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to meet sales targets and performance goals.
