An experienced with strong expertise in high-end luxury building projects, specifically in premium fit-out works within the UAE.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5–8 years of UAE experience in luxury fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & firefighting systems
Experience in villas, luxury residential towers, hotels, palaces, or high-end commercial interiors
Ability to handle shop drawings, material submittals & site execution
Strong coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors & design teams
Familiar with UAE authority regulations and project standards
UAE driving license preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
