Job Position – Facilities Engineer (HOME CARE / COMMUNITY SERVICES)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee home care and residential maintenance (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil)
Lead and coordinate technicians for efficient service delivery
Ensure timely closure of service requests and emergency calls
Implement and monitor Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM)
Conduct site inspections and maintain HSE compliance
Utilize CAFM systems for reporting and performance tracking
Maintain strong client and tenant relationships
Promote and grow home care services in B2C market
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3-5 years experience in FM sector, preferably in homecare / residential maintenance
Experience in promoting FM services in B2C market
Strong knowledge of MEP systems
Hands-on experience with CAFM platforms
Strong communication and team leadership skills
PREFERRED
– UAE Driving License
– Flexibility for on-call duties
