Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Supervisor with strong knowledge of hotel operation systems and the ability to maintain high standards of performance, security, and system reliability. The ideal candidate will oversee IT infrastructure, lead the IT team, and ensure smooth operation of all hotel technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
Oversee and support hotel operation systems such as Opera PMS, POS, OXI, interfaces, QNAP backups, and firewall management, CCTV, IPTV, WiFi, and guest facing systems.
Lead and supervise the IT team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Oversee backup systems and ensure proper implementation of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems, applications, and integrations.
Collaborate with various departments to support operations.
Manage IT vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and effective support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in IT, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong hands?on experience in:
Networking
Windows Server / Linux
Virtualization (VMware, vCenter Server, Veeam Backup & Replication)
Basic cybersecurity practices
Preferred Certifications
ITIL
CCNA / CCNP
Microsoft Certifications
