Job Responsibilities :
• Manage daily dining and catering operations
• Maintain food service quality and hygiene standards
• Supervise catering staff and coordinate team activities
• Ensure smooth customer service and dining experiences
• Handle operational reporting and documentation
• Support inventory, scheduling, and operational planning
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial catering, hotel, or F&B operations required
• Experience in managing dining operations and service standards preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
Skills Required :
• Team coordination and supervision
• Customer service and hospitality management
• Organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Communication skills in written and spoken English
