This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-plan Specialist based in Dubai. The Off-plan Specialist will be responsible for identifying and promoting off-plan real estate investment opportunities, providing insights into market trends, and guiding clients through the entire sales process. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client portfolios, coordinating with developers, conducting property presentations, and negotiating contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. The role also involves attending networking events and keeping abreast of the latest market developments in Dubai's real estate sector.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in real estate, with a focus on off-plan properties
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Capability to assess market trends and provide strategic investment advice
Ability to build rapport with clients and prioritize client satisfaction
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English & Other languages required
