Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Dubai’s secondary real estate market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties across Dubai
Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and property portals
Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants
Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
List and market properties on major real estate platforms
Stay updated on Dubai market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate, specifically in the secondary market
Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and the property transaction process
Experience using CRM systems, Property Finder, and Property Monitor
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
UAE driving license and own car required
RERA certification is an advantage
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
