Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented, and highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire real estate transaction process while maximizing sales and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively source new clients and property listings through networking, cold calling, social media, and direct marketing.
Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs, financial capabilities, and preferences to propose solutions that suit them perfectly.
Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct professional property viewings, highlighting the features and benefits of each listing.
Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with the Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, property values, and new developments to provide accurate advice to clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers (or landlords and tenants) to ensure fair and mutually beneficial agreements.
Documentation: Assist clients with the preparation of necessary paperwork, including Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), tenancy contracts, and transfer documents.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry peers to ensure a strong referral network.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure properties are photographed, listed, and promoted effectively across major UAE property portals.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker, preferably within the Abu Dhabi or broader UAE market.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate laws, regulations, and major developer projects (e.g., Aldar, Bloom, IMKAN).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic or other widely spoken languages is a distinct advantage.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.
Soft Skills: High level of professionalism, strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
