Job Position – Senior HR Specialist

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Muscat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The role will involve developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, managing the onboarding process, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Additionally, the role includes addressing employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues, and supporting professional development initiatives for team members. Strong knowledge of Oman Labor Law and Ministry of Labor (MOL) regulations, Good professional relationship and coordination with MOL authorities

Qualifications
Human Resource Management Skills: Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding.
Policy and Compliance Expertise: Knowledge of labor laws and ability to develop and enforce organizational policies.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to foster positive relationships with employees at all levels.
