Job Description:
We are looking for experienced MEP Supervisors to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Facility Management and be capable of supervising the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily MEP maintenance and facility operations
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are functioning properly
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinate with technicians and facility teams to complete assigned tasks
• Inspect site work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Respond to maintenance issues and support quick resolution
• Maintain proper records of maintenance work and reports
• Liaise with clients and management as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC with 1-2 years in Qatar OR minimum 3 years only in Qatar as an MEP Supervisor in Facility Management.
• Strong background in Facility Management.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Ability to lead a team and handle site operations efficiently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
