Senior Estimation Engineer
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment
• Prepare prequalification requirements
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Identify project risks and contingency plans
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
• Stay updated with market prices and rates
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and technical teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Roads, Stormwater, Sanitary & Earth Works
Preference:
• Arab nationalities currently based in Kuwait will be preferred
• Candidates currently working in UAE, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia are also welcome to apply
