Job Position – Customer Service & Web Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Assist customers with product information, order placement, delivery updates, and complaint resolution.
Maintain professional communication and ensure timely responses to all customer concems.
Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, accounts, and sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Process returns, refunds, replacements, and order amendments when required
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Web & Online Store Support:
Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and stock availability on the website.
Ensure smooth online order flow and monitor failed or pending orders.
Test website functionality and report any technical issues promptly
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or webstore operations.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms preferred.
Good computer skills including MS Office and email handling
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience handling online customers and webstore operations.
– Understanding of product uploads, inventory updates, and order management systems
– Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing and listings.
– Team coordination and follow-up skills
