Head Hostess (Russian Speaker Preferred)

• Support daily restaurant operations according to the assigned role.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.
• Assist in maintaining smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant performance.
• Learn and adapt to operational procedures and service guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Requirements :
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Russian language skills are required for selected Head Hostess and Hostess roles.
