Telesales Agent
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct outbound and inbound telesales calls to potential and existing clients.
• Present products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to close sales deals.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets set by management.
• Handle client objections and apply strong negotiation techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Follow up with leads to ensure consistent conversion of opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
• Maintain a professional and customer‑focused approach at all times.
Requirements :
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Prior sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong confidence in speaking with clients and closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven telesales environment.
