Senior Sales Manager

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
• Identify and engage potential property buyers, investors, and clients
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Present and promote property projects to prospective clients in a professional manner
• Conduct property consultations, negotiations, and sales closings
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client activity updates for management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transaction processes
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
• Participate in sales events, property launches, and networking opportunities when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant sales experience within the Dubai real estate market
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property market trends and real estate regulations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage high-value transactions
• Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
