Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with the brand’s goals and identity.
• Create, coordinate, and oversee engaging digital content across multiple platforms.
• Manage Reels, UGC campaigns, short‑form videos, and visual storytelling.
• Direct and coordinate photoshoots, creative concepts, and visual brand aesthetics.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure a seamless digital experience.
• Improve SEO performance and strengthen the company’s online visibility.
• Build compelling brand storytelling campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor analytics, campaign performance, and audience insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, content creators, and marketing partners.
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and luxury presentation across all channels.
Requirements :
• Proven experience managing social media and branding for a company or premium brand.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, aesthetics, and quality‑focused work.
• Experience in content creation, video production, and brand storytelling.
• Knowledge of SEO, website management, and digital marketing tools.
• High‑energy personality with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative‑first mindset with attention to detail and awareness of modern branding trends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Based in Dubai and comfortable working in a hybrid setup.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
