Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage front desk operations and visitor management.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients and walk‑in visitors promptly.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the office.
• Maintain organized office operations, including files and general office coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Requirements :
• Good English communication (spoken and written).
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Front desk or customer‑service experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Professional and customer‑focused attitude.
