Job Position – Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and send invoices to customers on time.
Send statements of accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
Post supplier invoices and payments into the accounting system.
Reconcile bank and other accounts as directed.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
Support the finance team in various accounting and administrative tasks.
Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Stay informed on basic accounting principles and updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Excel) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good communication skills.
