About the Role:
Business Umbrella is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The role handles all administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations and acts as a key link between clients, internal departments, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all sales correspondence and documentation for the sales team.
• Prepare sales orders, job order forms, and coordinate with operations and procurement to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update sales reports such as sales forecast and sales updates.
• Maintain project files and records in line with internal procedures and standards.
• Prepare sales analysis, proposals, agreements, and presentations for management and clients.
• Track sales orders, follow up with internal teams, and update status in systems or databases.
• Support sales strategy implementation and internal meeting coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Participate in networking and promotional events to develop new contacts.
• Comply with HSE instructions and report hazards and incidents when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in administration and sales coordination.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Service-oriented with strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with CRM or database tools.
