IT Desktop Support Technician
Job Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Skills :
• Desktop Support / Break-Fix
• Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, peripherals)
• Windows OS (Mac/Linux is a plus)
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP)
• Smart Hands support (network & IT hardware)
• Ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy)
• LAN/WAN & cabling troubleshooting
• Problem management & repeat issue analysis
Job Details :
• 2–3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting & customer-handling skills
• Ability to work onsite and handle physical equipment
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred)
