Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
• Prepare invoices, payments, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with auditors and external parties when required
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and records
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Strong experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, and other accounting softwares
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Transferable residency in Kuwait
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working in consulting, advisory, or professional services firms
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with VAT and local financial regulations is a plus
