Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Explain company products and services (gold bullion, jewellery, etc.) to customers.
• Maintain customer records and follow up for sales or inquiries.
• Support the sales team with lead generation and client communication.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem‑solving.
Requirements :
• Hindi – required
• Malayalam – required
• English – required
• Multilingual candidates are preferred.
Requirements :
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
• Must be currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
