Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at the project site.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
Monitor the use of PPE and safe work practices.
Coordinate emergency response drills and safety programs.
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.
Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and workers to promote a safe work environment.
