Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote support for end users (devices, applications, and systems)
Support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and user devices
Troubleshoot hardware, printers, photocopiers, and peripheral devices
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business applications (Finance, CRM, HR, Operations)
Manage user accounts and access (Active Directory, permissions)
Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN connectivity)
Support file servers and shared drives
Assist in backup monitoring and escalate issues when required
Provide basic support for telephony systems (Avaya)
Support CCTV and door access systems in coordination with vendors
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Support ERP readiness activities, UAT, and system rollout
Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues when required
Resolve issues independently before escalation
Ability to work under pressure during critical periods (payroll, closing, go-live)
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting business applications
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
Preferred Experience
Exposure to ERP systems or digital transformation projects
Experience in:
Data cleanup (Excel, master data)
User support during system rollout
UAT participation
Certifications
At least one relevant certification (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL preferred)
