KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage overall showroom and branch operations
Achieve sales targets and branch profitability
Supervise sales, warehouse, and branch staff
Ensure excellent customer service
Handle customer complaints and approvals
Monitor stock availability and inventory control
Maintain showroom display and cleanliness
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics
Prepare sales and operational reports
Control branch expenses and operations
Train and monitor employee performance
Develop business with contractors and project clients
Ensure company policies and safety compliance
Support staff management
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience as a Branch Manager in building materials – ceramics, tiles showroom
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of building materials and market
Analytical, organized and results-oriented
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
