We are currently seeking experienced consultants for multiple engineering disciplines in Dubai.

📝 Job Summary:
These roles are part of high-level consultancy assignments requiring strong technical expertise and proven experience in major oil & gas projects. Candidates must have direct exposure to Aramco or Aramco Overseas projects, with a strong understanding of large-scale engineering standards, project execution, and compliance requirements.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

✔ Valid Dubai or KSA visa preferred
✔ Immediate or short notice availability is a strong advantage

We are seeking an experienced Cost Engineer with strong Oil & Gas and EPC project experience to manage project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for major projects in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
Track project expenditures and analyze cost variances.
Support estimation, planning, and progress measurement activities.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
Ensure cost control compliance with project and client requirements.
Prepare monthly cost reports and management presentations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Cost Management, or related field.
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
GCC/Middle East experience preferred.
Experience with major companies such as: Saudi Aramco
Strong knowledge of cost control systems, budgeting, forecasting, and EPC project reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, Primavera P6, SAP, or cost management tools.
