Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities :

• Handle resale listings, including residential, plots, villas & townhouses across Dubai
• Prospect, source, and secure new resale listings and property owners
• Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies for resale properties
• Build strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, communities, and regulatory requirements
• Manage CRM entries, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on all leads
• Collaborate closely with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targets
• Represent the company professionally and uphold high‑quality service standards

Requirements :

• Minimum 2–3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proven track record in closing resale deals
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid UAE driving licence required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
