Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
Collaborating with architects to develop and implement design concepts for construction projects.
Conducting site evaluations and assessments to ensure compatibility with design plans and local regulations.
Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
Integrating sustainable and energy-efficient practices into architectural designs.
Coordinating with structural engineers to ensure the structural integrity of designs.
Reviewing and interpreting building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all architectural plans.
Providing technical expertise and support during the construction phase, addressing any design-related issues that may arise.
Collaborating with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of architectural and engineering components.
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering , Civil Engineering
Experience and Skills:
Industry Experience (No. of years):
0- 2 years’ experience in similar field.
Position/functional experience (No. of years):
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in architectural design and analysis
1- AutoCAD
2- Rhino
3- Lumion or D5
4- photoshop
5- Adobe acrobat
6- InDesign
Competencies and Skills:
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and structural engineering principles
