Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects.
• Analyse project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain and regularly update estimation databases and records.
• Support tendering processes and prepare competitive project cost submissions.
Requirements :
• 3–5 years of experience in fitout estimation.
• Strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and UAE market rates.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation tools such as PlanSwift and Bluebeam.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
