Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and accounting documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee‑related financial records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting practices and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and reporting requirements.
• Support finance management with budgeting and financial analysis activities.
Requirements :
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Previous experience in General Contracting or Construction companies is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting procedures and financial reporting.
• Experience handling vendor payments, reconciliations, payroll, and accounting operations.
• UAE driving licence will be considered an advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
