Marcap is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Officer to join this team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Managing end-to-end HR operations and employee relations
– Handling recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
– Overseeing payroll coordination, leave management, and HR administration
– Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
– Supporting performance management and organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
– Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
