We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team at Top Performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and grow social media platforms through engaging and creative content
Create photo and video content for products, services, promotions, and automotive projects
Cover workshop activities, car modifications, detailing works, and customer experiences
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand goals
Edit reels, short-form videos, and promotional content for digital platforms
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for content planning and brand visibility
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities within the automotive industry
REQUIREMENTS
Male Arabic candidate preferred
Proven experience in the automotive aftermarket industry such as:
Car Detailing
Automotive Accessories
Car Care Products
Vehicle Customization
Auto Workshops / Performance Shops
Automotive Lifestyle Brands
Strong skills in photography and videography
Experience in content creation, reels, and social media management
Proficiency in editing tools and social media platforms
Qatar-based candidates with valid QID preferred
