Warehouse Coordinator

Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and operations.
• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock and materials.
• Prepare deliveries and dispatch items accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels through accurate data entry.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse area.
• Coordinate with the sales and service departments for material requirements.
• Monitor tools, spare parts, and equipment movement across the warehouse.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and prepare inventory reports.
• Follow company safety procedures and adhere to warehouse standards.

Requirements :

• Male candidate preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse management or coordinator experience in the UAE.
• Preferred experience in an industrial tools, machinery, or automotive equipment warehouse.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Solid communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle physical work when required.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, email).
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
