Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for real estate sector roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring activities with department heads.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes aligned with company goals.
Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate industry hiring practices and talent needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
