Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and direct communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services, products, and processes.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach while interacting with customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Record customer interactions and maintain updated service records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.
• Assist customers with guidance, support, and follow‑up when required.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
• Maintain proper communication standards and company policies during all interactions.
• Support daily customer service operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements :

• 1–4 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related fields preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and/or Arabic is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced professional environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office applications.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer‑oriented mindset.
