Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Job Details :

• Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying with strong exposure to high-rise building projects
• Consultancy background is mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of contract administration FIDIC conditions and cost management principles
• Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in cost management software such as CCS Candy or similar is preferred
