- Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Support decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
- Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead capital allocation, and major investment decisions.
- Identify and pursue new real estate projects, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
- Lead expansion initiatives and diversify investment portfolios to maximize returns.
- Drive organizational performance, profitability, and market competitiveness.
- Proficiency in building dynamic models to project cash flows and guide capital allocation.
- Ability to work with ERP systems to analyze financial data, monitor variances, and support reporting for real estate, development, and investment operations.
