Requirements :
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting preferably within property management or real estate
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles standards and regulations IFRS preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Yardi or similar and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and analytical abilities
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
