Responsibilities :
• Design professional brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and property advertisements.
• Develop creative marketing materials for digital and print campaigns.
• Create engaging social media graphics, promotional visuals, and branding content.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance property images and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all company marketing channels.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Support branding and promotional activities with creative design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and creative concepts.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Previous real estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, branding, and creative design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative thinking skills with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong understanding of visual branding and marketing design concepts.
