Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell freight forwarding services including air, sea, and road logistics solutions.
• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment handling.
• Manage client inquiries, quotations, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and long‑term engagement.
• Prepare sales reports, updates, and market feedback for management review.
• Support smooth coordination between commercial and operational departments.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professional client handling.
Requirements :
• Previous experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of logistics operations and commercial processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management.
