Cafe Supervisor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and coordinate daily Front‑of‑House operations to ensure efficient workflow and outstanding guest service.
• Maintain high standards in coffee preparation, beverage quality, and overall product consistency.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to baristas and service staff to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure guests receive a welcoming and memorable experience while professionally resolving customer concerns and inquiries.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and manage workforce allocation to support operational requirements.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock control procedures, and ordering activities to prevent shortages and wastage.
• Generate operational reports and assist management with performance monitoring and business improvement initiatives.
• Implement cost-control measures and support profitability by maintaining efficient operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Requirements :
• Previous experience supervising cafe or hospitality operations in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, quality control standards, and barista operations.
• Proven ability to manage teams within fast‑paced hospitality environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Candidates with a strong coffee industry background will be given preference.
