Fashion Buyer – Kids
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Buying, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in buying, product selection, or category management within the fashion retail industry.
Proven ability to manage product assortments, analyze trends, and deliver margin and sales growth.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including planning, design, logistics, and retail operations.
Proficient in Excel, merchandise planning tools, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
Strong numerical and analytical ability with a good understanding of retail KPIs and margins.
Understanding of product development, fashion trends, and consumer behavior.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferably a female candidate of Korean or Chinese nationality.
