Admin & Business Development Executive
Job Location : Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support revenue growth in the UAE market.
• Present and promote BigMart’s corporate services to potential clients and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and B2B partners.
• Manage daily office operations, documentation, and corporate communications.
• Respond to incoming inquiries and manage professional email correspondence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to improve strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and track key business KPIs.
• Analyze sales performance data to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
• Support business expansion initiatives through strategic planning and execution.
• Ensure smooth coordination between administrative and business development functions.
Candidate Requirements :
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage both operational and sales-related responsibilities.
• Good understanding of the UAE retail or corporate business environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in handling office systems, documentation, and communication tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
