• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Prior experience in 5‑star or luxury hotel environments is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
• Understanding of VIP etiquette and high‑end hospitality protocols.
• Excellent communication and guest relationship management skills.
• Ability to deliver personalised and professional guest experiences.
• Multilingual abilities will be considered an added advantage.
