Social Media Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.
• Monitor and manage brand engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and prepare basic reports to identify top-performing content and optimization opportunities.
• Support eMail marketing efforts including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using platforms like Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.
Requirements:
• At least 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally in a UAE-based eCommerce or lifestyle/fashion/luxury brand.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment.
• An understanding of Emirati culture and personality.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and more.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and relevant social media software (e.g. Hootsuite etc.).
• Ideally, experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite).
• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a significant advantage.
