Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Safety Officer for MEP projects to ensure that all site activities are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring site safety, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment for employees and subcontractors.
Requirements
ā Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
ā Minimum 3ā7 years of experience as a Safety Officer in MEP or construction projects.
ā NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification preferred.
ā Good knowledge of construction and MEP safety standards.
ā Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and risk assessment procedures.
ā Strong communication and reporting skills.
ā Ability to work under pressure and manage site safety effectively.
ā Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Preferred Skills
ā Knowledge of UAE/GCC HSE regulations.
ā Experience in high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects.
ā Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
